Purpose: Inspire the world to see Intimacy in everything
In–Practice embedded alongside three founders to help launch a new ed-tech platform for training and certifying Intimacy Coordinators in the film and television industry.
Engagement: Two consecutive 6-month retainers. Weekly meetings with three founders and 1:1 meetings with CEO. Additional support for marketing staff.
Accomplishments:
Define Cintima purpose and articulate associated business objectives to encourage organizational alignment
Develop sales strategy, tools, and process: product offering, pricing, and GTM plan(s), marketing material, CRM, etc.
Establish cadence of marketing campaigns to grow CINTIMA brand and connect with target audience
Growth. Acquire new customers and grow revenue by increasing effectiveness of paid search, paid social, and web analytics
Develop leadership finance capabilities. Create operating budget, cash flow planner, and internal reporting process / tools
