Advisory services go beyond brand and marketing to address overall business design and daily operations. The ideal consulting relationship is organized around a monthly retainer with weekly meetings. The first intensive phase focuses on aligning organizational purpose and values, before prioritizing strategic objectives. We then collaborate on clearly defined projects, with an emphasis on establishing new systems, tools and behaviors. Hourly consulting is also offered on a sliding scale.
